About Me
Well, I’m just a computer geek at heart. I have been anywhere from customer support (phone/remote/ticket support system) to basic desktop support to system/network administrator duties. I love it all! I just have a great passion for IT and IS.
My passion for IS when I started my undergrad in Information Systems Security. Teaching users how to make themselves more secure and writing the policy to help keep them safe is very rewarding. At some point I would love to make my way into IS but for now, i’ll just be a student of the craft.
So, for now I am making my way into and through IT support, Network support and Network admin. I have to say I love all these too. I guess I am a natural when it comes to understanding how and why things are the way they are. I look forward to being with a company long term so I can make myself a better techy!
